Art from the
world within
Original paintings across ink, watercolour, acrylic, and gouache.
My yoga practice shapes how I approach my art. I have learned to initiate without controlling, and that is what these paintings hold. Colours moving softly into one another, never losing themselves. Each piece is my inner state at play in a single moment of time, and that moment cannot be recreated.
Artist statement
Making as a form of accessing
I used to paint boundaries. Careful lines, controlled outcomes, art that stayed where I put it. My yoga practice changed that. I paint to access what I can't reach through words or movement alone, wandering freely and remembering my way home. What lands on the paper is freedom, a flowing, breathable, soft presence.
“I used to paint boundaries. Now I paint freedom.”

The Blue Series
A trilogy of feminine power
First the dream. Then the waking. Then the silence where she was born. The wave was beautiful. So are most illusions. She rode it, luminous, powerful, unaware that the power was borrowed. The storm arrived from the outside, stirring something deep within. She went under. She felt she was drowning. But in the depths the water was calm, and she could finally sit with it. In the silence of everything, she remembered who she was before the world told her who to be. The blue stays constant. The form changes. Wave, abyss, ice. Movement, stillness, rupture, and then rising.

Glacial Storm
Alcohol Ink · 21 × 29.7 cm

The Earth Breathes
Five paintings from the landscape within
The canyon was already there. The river, the dust, the ice, the horizon. Every landscape we are drawn to is one we already carry. The eyes looked out, at trails, summits, open skies, but what landed on the canvas came from somewhere deeper. Cracked earth, deep water, scattered light, ancient silence. Seen from far enough above, the earth and the self look the same. Both shaped by time. Both carved by what moved through them. Both still forming.
Golden Seascape
Alcohol Ink · 29.7 × 42 cm
Where the infinite sky meets the eternal sea, the horizon we chase but never reach.

The Supreme Inner Space
Four paintings from the stillness between breath and form
These paintings were made in deep meditative states, where the boundary between yoga practice and art creation dissolved completely. The sound of singing bowls, the hum of breath, the colours that arrive when thought stops. Each piece is a record of what was seen when looking turned inward. Not imagined, not planned. Received. This is where the mat meets the canvas, where stillness becomes visible, where knowing ends and something truer begins.
Saakshi
Alcohol Ink · 21 × 29.7 cm
Purple and gold spiralling inward to a still centre. The witness. The one who watches without becoming. What remains when everything else falls away.
Anahata
Alcohol Ink · 21 × 29.7 cm
Concentric rings of teal drawing inward to a luminous centre. The heart chakra, unstruck sound, the place where love lives before it becomes a word.
Dharana, The Still Point
Alcohol Ink · 21 × 29.7 cm
A dark spiral unfolding into teal and green, concentration dissolving into something wider. The moment the mind stops reaching and begins receiving.
Shakti Rising
Alcohol Ink · 21 × 29.7 cm
Deep emerald energy rising through the body, ancient and electric. The force that moves through every practice, every breath, every creation.

The Inner Garden
Nine paintings from one garden
She carried a garden she never planted. Every colour, something felt, never spoken. They rose. They opened. They fell the way petals do. This garden grew itself. Some of it from pain, the kind that splits you open. Some from standing still so long the stillness had to bloom. Some because something wordless demanded to exist, and there was no other way to release it. No two blooms face the same direction. Same earth, same rain, same sky, and still, each one found its own light. All she did was sit still long enough for them to surface.
