I grew up practising yoga in India, long before it became a class I would teach. That lifelong relationship with the practice shapes everything I offer.

With a PhD in behavioural psychology and yoga trainings in Rishikesh, India, I bring together the science of how we think with the ancient wisdom of how we move.

Not at all. Every class is taught with modifications and options so you can practise at your own level. Beginners are always welcome.

Online classes are live via Zoom. You'll receive a link before class. A recording is shared afterwards so you can revisit the practice in your own time.

Yin Yoga involves long-held passive postures that work into deep connective tissue. Deep Relaxation Practice is a guided meditation practised lying down — you don't move at all. Both are deeply restful but work in different ways.
